My Judge Dredd try out.
Even though Slaine is the painting’s main figure, it’s actually meant to be a rehearsal for my Lovecraft painting, no easy task to make tentacles looking menacing instead of plain goofy. I guess this is the thing with Lovecraft, it’s all about the mood and a dreadful felling crawling up your spine, once you visualize the whole thing, it is no longer horrid.
